Ah, nice catch! I've been trying to learn more about the distinction. Is all of this documented in the Silmarillion? Or is it actually in The Hobbit somewhere?
Goblin Town is featured only in the Hobbit. It's under the Misty Mountains - the High Pass between Rivendell and the Carrock is where its "Front Porch" entrance is located. The "Back Door" entrance is on the East side of the mountains, overlooking the Valley of the Anduin River.
Moria is an ancient Dwarven city, abandoned by the Dwarves after the Balrog was released (when the Dwarves mined too deeply for Mithril). It's featured in LotR, but also in The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey -- the battle where Thorin's father is killed, followed by Thorin using the Oak Branch as a shield, and cutting off Azog's arm -- that is the Battle of Azanulbizar, at the East-Gate of Moria in Dimrill Dale.
In The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey (the movie), Thorin cuts off Azog's arm - and Azog survives to hunt Thorin down and fight him at the movie's climactic scene.
We could certainly make both I suppose. LotR TCG did have several non-movie cards in it like Radagast. Where we would get the art, I don't have an answer. Thoughts?
I actually kindof like "Horde" better than "Swarm." Since swarm is already a strategy, adding the keyword could make things confusing. Also, horde just sounds cooler...

Actually Thorin didn't cut Azog's arm. Dain killed Azog in the Battle of Azanulbizar.
