Elrond, Of the White Council

Here is another take on Elrond, and the faux-ally card type. I'm trying to strike a balance that would make you want to play this card, but not make it too powerful.

There's no reason we can't have two versions of a companion either.

What do you think?

  1. Going to discard pile somehow turns Elrond into an invincible ally. Instead, I would suggest: If the site number is 4 or higher, Elrond becomes an ally with the following text: You may heal a companion at the start of each turn.

By doing this, you give shadow player a chance to destroy Elrond as an ally and a card in discard pile is easy to forget by both players.

Another thing is: In the Hobbit Elrond does not use his healing abilities. Perhaps give him another ability? I design The Hobbit cards of my own and I am thinking giving Elrond ability to draw elven swords from deck or play them, or playing tales at a reduced cost.

I think you design balanced and fun to play cards overall, keep up the good work! English is not my native language, so sorry for mistakes!
